Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Client Servicing Manager

to manage

corporate client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of

contact for client needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a

strong command of written and spoken English, and the ability to independently manage and

resolve client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Act as the primary liaison between the company and corporate clients.

? Handle client accounts independently, ensuring all requirements are addressed

promptly.

? Deliver timely updates and maintain transparent communication with clients.

? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and

service delivery.

? Prepare and share regular reports, updates, and presentations with clients.

? Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure

seamless client servicing.

? Manage escalations effectively and resolve issues within agreed timelines.

? Maintain and grow long-term client relationships by providing excellent support and

solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

? Graduate (MBA preferred) with 5-7 years of proven experience in

corporate client

servicing

.

? Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).

? Excellent vocabulary and ability to draft professional emails and client communication.

? Proactive, prompt, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

? Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
