Job Responsibilities:



Play the role of being the face of the company by understanding the clients requirement clearly and communicating the same to the internal teams Project Management for projects by making project timelines, manpower allocation, show flow documents and post event reports Responsible for planning, managing, and executing a wide variety of events ranging from media drives, employee meets, conferences, and special events as per clients expectations. Being the co-ordination link between Client, Design team and Operation team for all design feedbacks, approvals, query handling, etc.

Desired Skills:



Fluency in Communication (written and verbal). This would also involve delivering convincing presentations Industry Knowledge of latest trends and technologies Team Player Deadline Driven Multitasking

Experience:

2+ years of experience in the events industry

Location:

Mumbai - Andheri (West)

Remuneration:

As per Industry Standard

Qualification:

A masters/diploma in event management/media

Industry:

Event industry professionals required.
