Bigbee Experience is a leading experiential marketing and corporate events agency that
delivers innovative and memorable brand experiences. As we expand, we're looking for a
Client Servicing Manager to lead client relationships and ensure flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
:
o Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring end-to-end service and
satisfaction
o Understand client briefs and translate them into effective internal execution plans
o Coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams to deliver as per
expectations
o Present proposals, concepts, and post-event reports to clients
o Ensure timely communication, updates, and approvals from clients throughout the
project lifecycle
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
o Maintain documentation, MoMs, project trackers, and feedback reports
o Handle client escalations with professionalism and speed
Key Skills Required
:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans
o Exceptional project coordination and multitasking ability
o Good presentation skills and confidence in handling senior stakeholders
o Knowledge of event flow, production basics, and creative briefs
Experience & Qualification
:
3-6 years in client servicing or account management, preferably in events/marketing
agencies
Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business
