The Client Service Manager is responsible for handling clients, understanding their event needs, and ensuring smooth planning and execution of events. The role involves coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing event budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable event solutions.
Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
Handle client issues and provide quick solutions.
2. Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events from start to finish.
Work with creative, production, and other teams for smooth event execution.
Prepare event timelines, task lists, and reports.
Ensure events are completed on time and within budget.
3. Vendor & Team Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Manage internal team tasks and deadlines.
4. Financial & Reporting Tasks:
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for events.
Keep track of billing, vendor payments, and expenses
Share event reports and client feedback with the team.
5. Business Development Support:
Identify opportunities to offer more services to existing clients.
Support in preparing presentations and proposals for new clients.
Required Skills:
Persuasion Skills - Ability to structure and deliver proposals in a clear, persuasive, and client-focused manner.
Story Telling - Use of storytelling techniques to enhance emotional engagement and proposal acceptance.
Objection Handling Skills - Proactively overcoming client objections and providing alternative solutions when necessary.
Multitasking - Ability to manage multiple clients, proposals, and project timelines simultaneously.
AI & Automation Friendly - Familiarity with basic AI-driven tools for document preparation, CRM automation, design aids, or project management
Self Motivated - Continuously seeks self-improvement and stays motivated without external supervision.
Qualification:
Graduate in any field (Event Management or Marketing preferred).
Experience: - 3 to 5 years in client servicing or event coordination in Events & advertising Organizations
Work Requirements:
Willing to travel for events.
Flexible to work beyond office hours as per event needs.
