Client Servicing Manager (corporate Events)

Job Description

Managing and nurturing relationships with clients, coordinating across internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of event-related solutions, and ensuring compliance with government protocols and expectations. The role demands excellent communication, multitasking, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients. Understand client objectives and ensure alignment with deliverables. Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Project Coordination

Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams. Create and manage timelines, checklists, and status reports. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and government standards.

Event On-ground Support

Coordinate with operations teams during event setup and execution. Ensure branding, security, and logistical protocols are implemented properly. Act as client liaison at event venues.

Reporting & Feedback

Prepare post-event reports, including client feedback and internal learnings.

Requirements:



Bachelors degree (Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management or equivalent preferred). 3-7 years of experience in client servicing or account management in event management (corporate events exposure is a must). Excellent communication skills written and verbal (Hindi & English). High level of professionalism, presentation, and responsiveness. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
