About the internship
As a client service intern at Shanti Gold International Limited., you will have the opportunity to hone your interpersonal skills and client interaction abilities while building strong relationships with our valued clients. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be crucial in effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
2. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized solutions for clients.
4. Generate reports on client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.
5. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Attend client meetings and take notes to ensure all client requirements are met.
7. Work closely with the Manager to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
