About the internship
As a Client Servicing intern at Blink Brand Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written forms, as well as your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Office to effectively communicate and manage client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing client communication strategies and materials
2. Conduct market research and analysis to support client campaigns
3. Prepare client presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects
5. Attend client meetings and provide support in project management
6. Assist in brainstorming and developing creative solutions for client challenges
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
