Client Servicing Intern

Marol, Mumbai

What You'll Do

Leverage AI tools and analytics to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and personalize outreach. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns that exceed expectations. Create pitch presentations, proposals, and discussions. Track project performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies for accounts. Stay on top of market trends and competitor insights to add value to every client interaction.

What You Bring

0-1 years of experience in client servicing or outreach (preferably in a digital/creative agency). Knowledge of AI tools (HubSpot AI, Apollo, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) for leads and insight generation. Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence and clarity. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
