Job Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern with at least 3 months of prior internship experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills to manage client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and strategy) to execute campaigns effectively. Maintain and update client reports, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign performance reports. Support the Client Servicing Manager in day-to-day communication and project management. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of prior internship experience in client servicing, marketing, or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
