Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, timelines, and approvals across accounts.
Understand each client's unique business goals and translate discussions into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
Coordinate with design, content, social, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables.
Possess working knowledge of social media platforms to guide coordination and client discussions when required.
Apply basic design understanding to review creatives for brand consistency, layout, and visual clarity before client submission.
Use copywriting knowledge to review captions, headlines, and messaging for tone, clarity, and correctness.
Manage client feedback, revisions, and scope changes while maintaining quality and timelines.
Maintain trackers, documentation, and regular status updates for internal and client communication.
Handle multiple clients and changing priorities with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and ownership of accounts.
