To handle day-to-day communication, coordination, and execution of event-related tasks, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for clients under the guidance of the Client Servicing team.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Coordination & Support - Small Scale Events
Assist in communicating with clients for updates, queries, and follow-ups.
Help in maintaining client records, event requirements, and feedback.
Support senior team members in ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.
Interns will be assigned
small-scale events or clients
to manage independently under supervision, as part of their learning and hands-on exposure.
Handle the
show flow and on-ground coordination
of assigned events, ensuring smooth execution as per plan.
2. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.
Follow up on deliverables and timelines as per client expectations.
Prepare meeting notes, task lists, and reports to aid smooth internal execution.
3. Event Planning Assistance
Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas based on client briefs.
Support in preparing presentations, mood boards, and checklists for ongoing projects.
Participate in site visits, recces, and event days for hands-on learning.
Will be assigned
small-scale events
to manage independently for learning and practical exposure. (Not assigned big-scale or high-profile events initially.)
4. Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update client servicing trackers, feedback logs, and databases.
Assist in preparing invoices, approvals, and documentation for each project.
Organize files, emails, and communication logs for easy reference.

Education & Experience
