Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services & Business Development professional at our Delhi office. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and handling financial aspects of projects. The successful candidate will be based in our New Delhi office and will play a crucial role in growing and maintaining our client relationships.

Qualifications

Client Research:

Doing a complete research on all the relationship clients and coming up with powerful and useful dockets including all their international brands / past projects etc

Manager Support

: Providing complete support to the reporting manager, ensuring that his/her targets of NBD meetings as well as doing all backend work such as making minutes of meetings, proposals presentations, internal coordination etc.

Powerful Reverts

: Being able to clearly understand a client's brief and come up with powerful concepts and presentations independently that get converted.

NBD:

Being able to fix up calls / meetings and retrieve briefs from new clients, over and above the allocated lists.

Brainstorming:

To participate in and lead brainstorming sessions related to your team and come up with relevant effective, winning ideas after proper research.

Require fresher Intern in corporate events.
