Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal teams
Understand client requirements and develop effective briefs for the creative and production teams
Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, logistics, and production
Prepare and present event proposals, timelines, and budgets
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout project lifecycle
Address client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
Support on-site event execution and client handling when needed
Maintain records of all client interactions, feedback, and event outcomes
Requirements:
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management industry
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel and be available for on-ground event support
