Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients .
Manage client communications and ensure timely follow ups
Coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
