Job Purpose



The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of signage and branding projects, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients Understand client briefs related to signage, branding, fabrication, and installations Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams Prepare and circulate job briefs, timelines, BOQs, and work orders Follow up on approvals for designs, drawings, samples, and mockups Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards Coordinate site visits, measurements, and installation schedules when required Communicate changes, delays, or revisions proactively to clients and internal teams Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally Maintain project documentation including POs, approvals, and completion reports Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong verbal and written communication skills Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking ability Basic knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (Management / Marketing preferred) 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in signage, advertising, or fabrication industry Experience in handling retail branding, mall signage, or corporate projects will be an advantage
