We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Client Servicing Executive
to act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring project requirements are met, and delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations and translate them into actionable tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, development, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, or campaign updates to clients.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster client retention and account growth.
Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and business performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence relevant to clients.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role (agency experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
