Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary: At Ativitaa, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the clients, ensuring that their needs and requirements are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and maintain positive relationships with them. Understand the client's needs and requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that these are met. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, timelines, and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take steps to address any issues or concerns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that our services remain innovative and competitive.
Requirements:

At least 0.6-1.5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a creative agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to understand the client's needs and requirements and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that these are met. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is a plus.
