Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication from inquiry to post-service support. Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms with professionalism and empathy. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations/decoration teams to ensure flawless execution of services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business and referrals. Manage bookings, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services (decorations, gifts, cakes, flowers, etc.). Resolve client concerns or complaints quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to upsell/cross-sell Giftlaya's services. Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and feedback in CRM tools.

Key Skills Required



Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English fluency is a must). Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP knowledge preferred).

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
