Job Description

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive



We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused

Client Servicing Executive

to join our events team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the seamless execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, activations, and experiential campaigns. This role requires excellent communication, project management skills, and a passion for the events industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management



Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle. Understand client goals and convert them into actionable event deliverables. Present proposals and creative concepts confidently to clients.

Event Planning & Coordination



Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare detailed event planning documents, timelines, and workflows. Conduct venue research and coordinate with suppliers as required.

Project Execution



Supervise event setups, rehearsals, and on-ground activities when necessary. Ensure timely execution of branding, AV, decor, guest management, and other event elements. Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining service quality.

PPT & Proposal Creation (Key Requirement)



Create visually compelling, brand-aligned, and professional

PowerPoint presentations

for pitches, proposals, and client updates. Develop structured presentations that clearly communicate ideas, event concepts, layouts, and budgets. Work with the creative team to integrate design elements, infographics, mock-ups, and event visualizations. Maintain presentation templates, case studies, and reusable content for quick turnaround.

Documentation & Reporting



Prepare budgets, event decks, and post-event reports. Maintain project documentation and ensure all communication is well-organized.

Required Skills & Competencies



Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint

(animations, design layout, visual structuring, formatting). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. High attention to detail with creative thinking. Good understanding of event production, vendor coordination, and client servicing processes. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Canva or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate/Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in event client servicing or corporate events. Experience in working on corporate presentations and pitch decks.
