: Client Serving Executive (Government Clients)Position Overview

INCL Media Group is seeking an experienced Client Serving Executive with strong exposure to handling Government or PSU clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and excellent at communication, with hands-on experience in managing government-driven campaigns, coordination, documentation, and client servicing.

Position Details

Role: Client Serving Executive (Government Clients)

Location: Noida Sector 62, C Block (Head Office)

Salary: ₹32,000 - ?35,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-4 years (Government/PSU client handling experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for government and PSU clients. Coordinate between internal teams (design, content, production, digital, PR). Manage campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals. Handle government communication protocols, documentation, and compliance. Prepare daily/weekly client reports, MOMs, and follow-up trackers. Ensure timely execution of client requirements and resolve queries promptly. Maintain smooth project flow from brief to final delivery. Build long-term client relationship and ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Experience working with Government/PSU clients (mandatory). Strong understanding of documentation, briefing, and approval processes. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Basic understanding of digital, media, creative workflow. Professional behaviour, ownership, and problem-solving attitude.
