Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and well-organized

Client Servicing cum Event Coordinator

who can bridge creative ideas and flawless execution. The candidate will handle client communication, event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision for luxury weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for wedding clients. Understand client preferences, budgets, and event expectations. Prepare and present decor and event proposals in coordination with the design team. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for seamless execution. Manage event timelines, checklists, and logistics plans. Supervise pre-event setup and on-ground execution. Ensure client satisfaction and smooth event flow. Handle post-event reporting and feedback documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in weddings, decor, or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-up ability. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business tools. Must be open to travel and flexible working hours during events.
