Job Title: Client Service Executive

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quotation & Documentation Management
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and purchase orders based on client requirements.
Maintain and organize all business-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and standards.
2. Client Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between clients and the company for queries, quotations, and project updates.
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and pending documents.
Support the sales and operations team in maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Payment & Billing Support
Coordinate with clients and the finance team for timely payment collection.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports as required.
4. Internal Coordination
Collaborate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Track and update project or order progress in coordination with the relevant departments.
5. Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting tasks.
Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and data entry tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
