Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional products or services that align with their goals. Address client concerns, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively explain their features and benefits to clients. Maintain regular and clear communication with clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate efforts and deliver a seamless client experience. Assist in renewing client contracts by showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
