Process
PNR creations, fare quotations, and ticketing
as per client requirements.
Coordinate with airlines for
waivers, refunds, and schedule change handling
.
Ensure accuracy in fare rules, tax calculations, commission, and refund processing.
Respond to customer queries via
email/phone/chat
within defined SLAs.
Maintain proper records of all transactions in line with company policies.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues promptly.
Keep updated with
airline circulars, fare updates, and GDS enhancements
.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
2-5 years of experience
in ticketing & reservations with travel agencies or corporate travel desk.
Proficiency in
Galileo & Amadeus GDS
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
airline fare structures, reissuance, refunds, and cancellation policies
.
Excellent communication & client servicing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
international & domestic airfare rules
.
Exposure to
MIS reporting
and handling corporate clients.
Customer-first attitude with strong coordination skills.
