Role & Responsibilities

Handling marketing projects and digital campaigns from ideation to execution

Collaborating with design, planning, projects management and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects

Creating and maintaining client documents and client interaction archives

Present creative work to clients for approval/modification

Optimum utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.

Keeping open channels of communication with each client that can be employed effectively by other departments

Keeping clients in the loop regarding updates, progress and execution of campaigns

Handling Social Media Marketing tasks effectively

Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms

Generating budget estimates and obtaining approvals on the same from clients.
