Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

a.

Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
b.

Campaign Coordination



Liaise between creative, performance, social media, and content teams to ensure deliverables are met. Monitor project timelines and ensure all campaigns go live as per schedule. Track project progress using tools such as Trello, Asana, or Excel trackers.
c.

Briefing & Documentation



Draft and share clear, structured briefs with internal teams based on client requirements. Document meeting minutes, campaign changes, and approvals for all communication.
d.

Reporting & Performance Reviews



Share weekly/monthly campaign reports and performance summaries with clients. Coordinate with the analytics or performance team to extract and interpret data.
e.

Issue Resolution



Handle queries, complaints, or escalations from clients with a solution-focused approach. Proactively communicate delays or challenges and manage client expectations effectively.
f.

Upselling & Account Growth



Identify opportunities to upsell digital services (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) based on client needs. Work closely with the business development team to renew or expand retainers.

Key Skills & Competencies

:

Strong verbal and written communication Excellent time and stakeholder management Attention to detail and process orientation Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, etc.) Basic understanding of creative workflows and digital media metrics Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital or advertising agency preferred

:

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Team player with a positive attitude.
