Role Summary



We are looking for a Client Servicing professional who can own client communication and internal coordination in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will be the bridge between Clients, Developers, Performance Marketers, and Billing teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Client Management



? Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

? Manage daily communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email

? Share campaign updates, timelines, and deliverables clearly

? Handle client queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally

Agency Coordination

?

Coordinate with:



? Developers (website, landing pages, tech fixes)

? Performance & creative teams (Meta, Google Ads, creatives, reports)

? Billing & accounts (invoices, payments, documentation)

? Convert client discussions into clear internal briefs

Project & Campaign Tracking

?

Track:



? Ongoing campaigns

? Website & tech tasks

? Creative and ad approvals

? Maintain trackers, timelines, and status sheets

? Escalate risks, delays, or scope changes early

Billing & Documentation



? Coordinate invoice sharing and payment follow-ups

? Support proposal, scope, and contract communication

? Ensure clients have clarity on commercials and deliverables

Skills & Requirements

? Strong communication and client-handling skills

? Prior experience in digital agency / marketing environment preferred

?

Understanding of:



? Digital marketing workflows

? Website & development timelines (non-technical)

? Good with Google Sheets, Docs, email, WhatsApp

? Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
