Key Responsibilities



Act as primary contact for all client communication Manage events and on-ground activations from planning to execution Understand client brief and prepare activity plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with vendors, venues, promoters, and internal teams Monitor event setup, branding, manpower, and campaign quality Share daily status reports and post-event execution report Maintain proper documentation (quotes, approvals, invoices, event photos, lead sheets)

Required Skills



MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)

Strong communication and client handling skills Event management knowledge and on-ground coordination Good negotiation and follow-up skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Ability to handle multiple events and tight deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
