Research & Insights: Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research to support content development and ensure client strategies are data-informed and relevant.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on key KPIs and offer insights and improvement strategies.

Requirements
Experience of minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing, content writing, social media management and PR.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and diverse writing and design skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail with time management and organisational skills.
Familiarity with any graphic design tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
