Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients across social media, ad films, video content, influencer campaigns, podcasts, and IP-based projects
Understand client objectives, performance expectations, and success benchmarks
Manage all client communication, approvals, revisions, and feedback cycles with clarity and structure
Project & Delivery Ownership
Translate client briefs into
clear, actionable tasks
for editors, production teams, designers, and influencers
Simultaneously manage multiple clients and parallel deliverables
, ensuring timelines, quality, and priorities are consistently met
Track project progress across shoots, edits, approvals, and final deliveries, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Creative & Execution Support
Assist in conceptualising creative ideas aligned to client briefs and platform requirements
Ensure delivery of
high-quality social media videos and ad-level content
, with prior hands-on exposure to successfully executed campaigns
Maintain creative consistency with approved concepts and brand tonality
Customer Success & Retention
Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, dependable execution, and timely problem-solving
Anticipate delivery risks and address them before they escalate
Support leadership in identifying opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnerships
Internal Coordination & Process Management
Coordinate seamlessly across internal cohorts (Social Media, Reventers, Brikkin)
Maintain and follow department SOPs for client servicing and delivery
Assist in tracking project costs, vendor coordination, and basic financial hygiene where required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,343.32 per month
