Key Responsibilities
Responsible to handle phone calls to promote products and services.
Respond to customer queries and provide timely support and resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.
Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Achieve individual performance targets related to calls and conversions.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer support.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Graduate in any discipline.

Capable of handling multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
