Salt Brand Solutions is seeking a talented Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the development and execution of Branding/Advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience

in Client Servicing within a creative/advertising/branding agency environment.

Female candidates only, as per hiring requirements.

- Prior experience working on

cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care or feminine brands (highly preferred).

- Strong understanding of brand communication, campaigns, content creation and 360 marketing.
- Ability to manage day-to-day client communication with professionalism, clarity and a solutions-first mindset.
- Capability to brief internal teams (creative, strategy, design, production) with clear, structured requirements.
- Skilled in project coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables and expectations are met consistently.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks and maintain project workflows efficiently.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills for decks, reports, recaps and strategic proposals.
- Comfort in handling multiple projects simultaneously with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to analyse campaign results, provide insights and support strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of current digital, social media and content trends especially within beauty/cosmetic categories.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and proactive in anticipating client and project needs.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across creative, strategy and production functions.
- Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
