Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic

Female Client Servicing Executive

to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of advertising & branding, and the ability to manage client relationships efficiently. She will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements, business goals, and expectations. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Communicate proactively with clients regarding project updates and feedback.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with creative, design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Prepare and share briefs, timelines, and project documentation with internal teams. Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards before final submission.

Campaign Support

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.). Gather and analyze campaign performance reports. Provide ideas and suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Administration & Reporting

Prepare meeting notes, presentations, proposals, and client reports. Maintain project progress trackers and ensure deadlines are met. Handle billing, approvals, and coordination of invoices with the accounts team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, or Communication

(preferred). 1-3 years of experience in an

advertising agency or media company

. Excellent communication skills (spoken & written). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of advertising strategies, branding concepts, and digital marketing. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional, presentable, and confident.
