- Client Servicing & Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for
clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring seamless execution of activation
campaigns.
- Project Management - Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of offline campaigns and
Influencer Marketing Campaigns ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordination with Internal Teams - Work closely with activation teams, vendors, and external
partners to align execution with client objectives.
- Briefing & Documentation - Prepare detailed briefs, proposals, and reports to keep clients
updated on campaign progress and results.
- Presentation & Pitches - Develop engaging presentations for client meetings, ensuring clarity,
structure, and creative appeal.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting - Track activation performance, gather insights, and provide
regular reports to clients with recommendations for improvement.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting - Address challenges during activations, ensuring
smooth execution and a positive client experience.
- Market & Trend Analysis - Stay updated on campus culture, youth trends, and innovative
offline marketing strategies to add value to client campaigns.
