We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Client Servicing Executive
to support day-to-day client communication, project coordination, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience working in an advertising or digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the link between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production).
Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for the internal team.
Coordinate daily activities, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all client projects.
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, social media calendars, and brand activities.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for ongoing projects.
Gather feedback from clients and ensure revisions are completed on time.
Support the Account Manager/Team Lead in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality work.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign workflows
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace
Positive attitude, teamwork, and client-friendly approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
