We're now looking for a

Client Service Executive (Female)

with strong communication skills, marketing insight, and a passion for digital media to manage and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Build strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for creative and technical teams. Coordinate project execution with internal teams -- social media, design, content, SEO, and ads. Track deliverables and ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope. Prepare and share monthly performance reports, campaign insights, and recommendations. Support in developing campaign strategies and digital marketing plans. Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth. Maintain high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organization and time management abilities. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts -- SEO, social media, content marketing, paid ads. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Salary Range:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
