We're looking for a new-age Client Servicing Executive - part collaborator, conductor, and creative translator. Someone who understands not just briefs, but the briefs behind the briefs.

You'll be the voice between our clients and creative teams, helping turn business problems into bold ideas and brand solutions, with AI tools as your co-pilot.

At Colab, you'll work closely with the founder and core team on high-impact branding, digital, and campaign projects. If you're passionate about storytelling, branding, and creative collaboration - and if you're excited about how AI is changing the way agencies think and work--this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

Be the client's voice

internally--decode fuzzy briefs, sense unspoken needs, and proactively propose relevant solutions

Lead internal project debriefs

with design and content teams. Co-own timelines, deliverables, and expectations

Use AI tools

like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Notion AI, and others to enhance research, presentations, copy drafts, and creative ideation

Facilitate ideation sessions

with design and strategy teams, pushing thinking beyond the obvious

Own timelines and delivery

--ensure quality and speed, even under pressure

Prepare and present

campaign strategies, decks, brand proposals, and project updates with flair

Maintain documentation

and project management dashboards on Notion/Asana/ClickUp

Coordinate with vendors

--production houses, editors, illustrators, influencers, etc.

Champion learning

--share cool AI tricks, new tools, and creative trends with the team

What We're Looking For

Sharp communicator - written and verbal. Strong command over English is a must Curious thinker - asks 'why', not just 'what' Agile executor - moves quickly, adjusts even quicker Confident presenter - comfortable pitching and storytelling AI-savvy - already using or willing to explore platforms like: ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, Midjourney, Runway, FigJam Organised multitasker - can handle multiple clients, timelines, and changes with poise

Behavioral Fit

in addition to their monthly salary.
