Position Overview:
The Client Servicing Executive will be the main point of contact for all 5-star hotels and venues in Pune, mining for both social and corporate event leads. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the event and hospitality industries, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in catering sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Hotel Management:
Act as the main point of contact for all 5-star hotels and venues in Pune.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel representatives to secure event leads.
Coordinate with hotels for event requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
Client Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision for events.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Ensure all client requests and preferences are accurately communicated to the Operations and Production teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience from start to finish.
Account Management:
Successfully manage key accounts, achieving targets and effectively allocating resources to projects.
Increase business from existing clients through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners to generate leads.
Project Coordination:
Assist with vendor coordination, contract management, and budgeting.
Work closely with the creative and design teams to ensure innovative solutions are provided to clients in line with their requirements.
Oversee the budgeting process with the production Executive for projects.
Resource Management:
Schedule internal and external resources as per event specifications.
Ensure quality control of external resources (manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production) and internal resources.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate degree in Events, Hospitality, or related industry with excellent communication skills.
Experience:
0-4 years in the Event Industry or Hospitality industry with a focus on Catering Sales.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PPT, Excel) for creating client presentations and cost estimates. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Additional Requirements:
The role involves extensive travel within Pune on a daily basis and occasional travel outside Pune, including potential international travel.
Typical working hours are 10.30 am to 7.30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility required for specific events.
