Client Serving Executive - Healthcare Marketing Agency

Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Serving Executive to manage and coordinate project execution for our healthcare clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, managing briefs, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned healthcare clients Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs Facilitate client meetings, calls, and presentations Address client queries and ensure timely responses Prepare and maintain project reports and status updates
Required Qualifications Essential Skills

Excellent English communication skills

(verbal and written)

Knowledge of MS Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Experience & Education

Fresh graduates welcome OR experienced candidates (1-3 years)

Science background preferred

(BSc, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.) Any prior experience in healthcare industry or marketing agency will be an advantage Bachelor's degree in any discipline will also be considered
Personal Attributes

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to work under deadlines and meet them Team player with collaborative approach Quick learner with adaptability to new processes
