JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Should be pleasant and empathetic while they're Managing Enterprise clients. Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp. Possess great listening skills and patience Possess excellent telephone etiquette. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues. Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
