What You'll Do:
Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
Understand briefs, extract clarity, and share actionable inputs with the creative team
Coordinate end-to-end project delivery - from brief to execution and feedback rounds
Liaise with internal teams (design, copy, strategy, production) to ensure timely, quality output
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations professionally
Contribute to strategy discussions and help upsell new services to clients
Prepare and present basic decks, timelines, and campaign updates
Maintain documentation, reports, and clear communication trails
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in client servicing / account management in a creative or digital agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written, spoken, and visual
Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort working with creative teams and managing feedback constructively
Basic understanding of branding, digital content, and campaign structures
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
Bonus if you've worked on presentation decks, timelines, or client pitches
