ABOUT JOB ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Servicing Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong desire to learn. Creative approach towards problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry. Good MS Excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well. Must have

knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Should be pleasant and empathetic while they're Managing Enterprise clients. Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp. Possess great listening skills and patience Possess excellent telephone etiquette. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues. Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
