Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on pending queries.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Sharing feedback from customers with the marketing and product teams for improvement.
Ensuring a polite, friendly, and brand-aligned tone in all communications.
