You will be the link between our clients and our internal creative and digital teams. This is a client-servicing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Since our clients are based in the US, you'll be working in night shift (India time) to match their business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for US-based clients.
Understand client briefs and relay them effectively to creative and digital teams.
Coordinate project timelines, feedback, and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver high-quality results.
Prepare regular reports and updates for clients.
Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in an agency setup).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a night shift setup.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
