Mahatta Media Solution is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client coordination for media production, eLearning, and localization projects. The role focuses on communication, project coordination, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand client requirements for media, eLearning & localization projects Coordinate with internal teams (production, vendors, translators) Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution Maintain project documentation and reports

Skills Required

Strong communication & coordination skills Basic knowledge of media / localization workflows preferred Good command of English (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Organized, responsible, and client-focused
