Internal coordination: Availability during regular office hours for execution, follow-ups, and team alignment

Role Overview
We are an Indian agency managing mental health, psychiatry, psychology, and medical marketing projects for a US-based agency. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and end-to-end accountability across multiple healthcare clients, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) clinics.
The ideal candidate will combine strong client servicing skills, quality control expertise, and a foundational understanding of psychology and mental health, with working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for US-based mental health and psychiatry clients
Manage day-to-day client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Understand client goals, expectations, and concerns, and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams
Proactively manage client expectations and prevent escalations
Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals in a structured and timely manner

2. Quality Control (QC) & Compliance
Perform thorough quality checks on all deliverables before they are shared with clients
Ensure:
Clinical sensitivity and appropriateness of mental health communication
Accuracy in psychiatric and psychology-related terminology
Brand consistency, tone, and compliance with healthcare communication standards
Coordinate corrections and improvements with content, design, and marketing teams

3. Mental Health & Psychology Understanding
Apply foundational knowledge of:
Psychology and psychiatry
Mental health treatments and services
TMS therapy (basic conceptual understanding)
Ensure all communication is empathetic, ethical, and aligned with mental health best practices
Assist internal teams in understanding client-specific clinical contexts

4. Content, Social Media & Creative Coordination
Review and guide:
Social media posts
Content copies (educational, promotional, informational)
Basic graphic and design outputs
Ensure content aligns with:
Platform fundamentals
Client branding
Mental health communication sensitivity
Coordinate with designers and content writers for revisions and improvements

5. Reporting & Accountability
Ensure all client reports (performance, content, social media, campaign updates) are:
Created accurately
Sent on time
Easy for US clients to understand
Track deliverables, timelines, and commitments across accounts
Maintain end-to-end accountability for assigned clients

6. AI & Process Enablement
Use basic AI tools for:
Drafting reports
Creating client communication and summaries
Structuring updates and insights
Willingness to learn and adopt AI workflows (training will be provided)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
Preferred:
Psychology
Applied Psychology
Clinical Psychology
Mental Health-related disciplines
Candidates with strong hands-on exposure to mental health clients may also be considered
