What You'll Do



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of LEDSAK CRM. Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for client teams. Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance platform features. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain detailed client records and support tickets in CRM (we practice what we preach!). Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations. Monitor client usage patterns and recommend best practices to improve ROI.

Qualifications



1- 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (preferably in SaaS or CRM platforms). Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Kylas, or Pipedrive. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver a high-quality experience. Proactive, resourceful, and startup-minded team player. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
