Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage end-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals
Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, tech) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with clients
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope of work
Prepare and present campaign updates, reports, and review decks
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing agency roles
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, content, branding)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to Have
Experience working with performance marketing or analytics tools
Exposure to reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
Basic knowledge of CRM or project management tools
