We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Client Servicing Executive
to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and serve as the key point of contact between the company and its clients. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service to maintain long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions as per client expectations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Coordinate with creative, technical, and operational teams to execute projects efficiently.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with client goals.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and client market activity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive, Account Executive, or in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver within tight deadlines.
