We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented

Client Manager / Client Service Executive

to act as a trusted partner for our clients, ensuring consistent communication, smooth delivery of HR solutions, and proactive identification of their evolving needs. This role involves regular client engagement, rapport building, and a deep understanding of client business and HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing daily communication and service delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and professional rapport. Understand and monitor clients'

existing HR needs and proactively identify new requirements

for services such as recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and L&D. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions that align with client goals. Maintain regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure client satisfaction. Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services based on evolving client needs. Collect and act on client feedback to enhance service delivery and relationships. Ensure all client interactions and service updates are well-documented. Support client onboarding, training, and handover activities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, HR operations, or account management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client businesses and offer relevant HR solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple client accounts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ?10,402.30 - ?15,000.00 per month
